Cowan Printing operates a full bindery in our list of capabilities. We can fold, die cut, score, perforate, emboss, deboss, tab cut, saddle-bind, perfect-bind, case-bind and almost any other binding our customers desire.

We have produced jobs on everything from tissue to 18 pt. board with plastic Teslin being included. Our machines are up-to-date and are staffed by more skilled people than you would expect to see in one plant.

POLAR 36" Cutter
Cowan Printing has two of these machines. An on-line computer allows for 99 programmed cuts on one layout. The POLAR 's computer controlled positioning assures accurate cuts.

STAHL Folder
The STAHL can work on sheets as large as 20" X 29". This folder can fold accordion, double parallel, letterfold, z fold, french fold, plus much more..It also is capable of In-line scoring, perforation and gate folding.

Saddle Binder
This binder can easily handle sheets as large as 12" X 18" and has a 13 pocket collator with inline folding and face trimming. It is capable of saddle stitching a 48 page + cover booklet. It is also handy for an In-line quarter folding for mailings.

Heidelberg Windmill
The Heidelberg Windmill can handle sheet as large as 10" X 15"
and is capable of embossing, crash numbering, scoring,
perforating, and die cutting.

This machine can take sheets up to 14" X 20" and is capable
of channel scoring, perforating and die cutting.
